The company chairman is Roger I. Morgan who founded the business. Roger is very much at the helm of his company. He is committed to
creating value for his customers through service and takes a keen
personal interest in the day-to-day activity of the company. |

Roger is a well-known figure in the West Midlands business
community and is a passionate supporter of Wolverhampton Wanderers
and president of the Wolves Women’s football team. Roger is also
Chairman of the Hygiene Distributors Association (HDA) and a
Council Member of the Cleaning and Hygiene Suppliers
Association (CHSA). |

Tracey Ives - Commercial Director
|

|
Tracey Ives is the commercial director. Her responsibilities
cover all aspects of the business. Having joined the Company
as a member of the office team she has been steadily promoted over
time to her current position as a director. Tracey is
therefore uniquely qualified as a member of the management team. |

Adrian Kemshall - Finance Director

| |
|
Adrian Kemshall is the financial director and is a relatively
recent recruit to the management team. However, his professional
connection with J. Bishop & Company goes back a long way. In
addition to financial responsibilities, Adrian directs the human
resources, quality assurance and credit control functions. |

Julie Jones - Customer Care
|

|
Customer Care is led by Julie and she is ably supported by her
team of customer care representatives. The customer care ethos
begins even before a phone is answered. Julie and her team are
involved in a continuous programme of product training. They are
the voice of J. Bishop & Company and pride themselves in their
capability to respond to our customers. |

Dennis Brabazon - Warehouse Manager
|

|
Dennis looks after the warehousing and distribution functions and
a fleet of delivery drivers and vehicles criss-crossing the
country from the early hours of the morning every single day of
the working week. |

Nikki Eveson - Purchasing
|
| |
Nikki has been with J. Bishop & Company for the past 14 years. In
her time she has come to know the business ‘inside out’ from both
the sales and buying ends of the operation.
Her current job in Purchasing makes her responsible for the
day-to-day management of purchase requisitions but Nikki also
manages the vendor base audit process by which each supplier’s
performance is assessed over a period of time against the
supplier’s individual service agreement. Every supplier is invited
to attend a periodic business performance review meeting where
areas for improvement are identified and agreed.
Nikki’s job is to bring ‘best value’ into focus: market prices are
continually being tested and new suppliers screened for possible
introduction to the J. Bishop & Company portfolio. |

Stephen Kerr - Head of Sales
|
| |
|
Stephen Kerr joined Kimberly-Clark from Stirling University and
was appointed Sales Manager for Scotland, north of England and
Ireland. In 1997 he left K-C to further his career as Sales
Director in the janitorial field and in 2004 he joined J. Bishop &
Company as Head of Sales. |

Andy Gray has been on board at J. Bishop & Company for four years
and he operates in the Wolverhampton area but covers all of
Staffordshire, Shropshire and the North-west. Andy has extensive
experience in the field of personal protective equipment and
industrial markets.

Bill Bailey has over 20 years of experience in the cleaning and
hygiene industry. Bill has vast experience of running janitorial
distribution businesses and has extensive product and technical
knowledge. His area covers Birmingham and Walsall and
Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Brian Ellis has been with J. Bishop & Company for 25 years. He is
highly respected in the cleaning and hygiene industry and someone
who is widely recognised and associated with the business. He is
now responsible for contract management and works predominantly in
the local government, education and contract cleaning markets.

Jackie Bromley is the newest member of the sales team. Jackie
works in the Birmingham area and also covers Warwickshire,
Worcestershire, and Herefordshire. Jackie has over 20 years of
experience in the commercial washroom industry specialising in the
